After reviewing all videos and supporting materials in Task 2 ( GE Aerospace: Explore Human ResourcesLinks to an external site. ), complete the following: In this task, you'll practice implementing the Lean Methodology. You can complete this task using whatever format is easiest for you (PowerPoint, Excel, Google sheets etc.). Note, while we have deliberately not provided one specific template to use, the example answer you will see once you have submitted your task is provided in Excel format. In any case, an important part of this exercise is reviewing the example templates (in the Resources section) and creating your own, just as you’d do when implementing this for the first time in a real HR/Lean environment.
