Submit a 100 word summary of the teleconference conversation, including your name, attendees, and date/time. N586 Nursing Practicum Module 1 Assignment 2 Individualized Learning Objectives After meeting with your instructor by phone, create learning objectives for what you hope to achieve during this Practicum experience. Remember, these learning objectives should be both specific and measurable. After the objectives are approved by your professor, you should share them with your preceptor so that he/she can guide you in achieving them. Full credit will be given if forms are submitted on time and accurately. No partial credit will be awarded.

N586 Nursing Practicum Module 4 Assignment Mid-term Telecommunication The preceptor and instructor will discuss progress towards accomplishment of individualized practice objectives and clarification of any questions surrounding appropriate practicum activities and experiences. This progress evaluation telecommunication is mandatory. Submit a title page and a progress report from preceptor, together with a 100-word summary of your progress in your own words. N586 Nursing Practicum Module 8 Assignment 2 Assignment 8.2: Mandatory Final Telecommunication: The preceptor and instructor will discuss progress towards accomplishment of individualized practice objectives and clarification of any questions surrounding appropriate practicum activities and experiences. This progress evaluation telecommunication is mandatory. Submit a title page and a progress report from preceptor, together with a 100-word summary of your progress in your own words.
