This study is a resource for our research proposal as it provides insights into the unique context of software professionals’ workplaces in Kerala. We can incorporate the data and findings from this study into the Literature Review section of our proposal to provide context and evidence regarding the influence of EI on productivity. Furthermore, we can draw inspiration from Bhaskaran’s research methodologies such as surveys and interviews while discussing our methodologies for data collection and analysis in our proposal. By adopting methods like Bhaskaran’s study, we aim to gain an understanding of how emotional intelligence affects productivity, in real world work settings.
