NSG6435 Week 1 | General Health Care in Health Care - South university
- Students are REQUIRED to have the verification of hours form signed by their preceptor for every clinical day completed. The form must be completed in its entirety (tally the hours). The signed form must be uploaded to hours tracking in CORE ELMS by the student.
You are to attend every practicum experience as scheduled with your preceptor and document ALL patient encounters in CORE ELMS. In order to stay current, it is best to update your CORE ELMS logs after every clinical day. All patient encounters and time logs must be logged within 7 days of accomplishing them or they will not count for your practicum time. There is a minimum of 180 hours and 10,800 minutes of field-encounter entries required for successful completion of this course and these must be entered by end of the course for a passing final grade.
